Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
The Warehouse Worker supports daily operations by handling inventory, preparing products for shipment, receiving and organizing materials, and maintaining accurate records within an inventory and ERP system. This role involves working with a large automated inventory machine, manually pulling and assembling parts into kits for production, and ensuring that all materials are stored and tracked correctly to keep the production floor running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of warehouse tasks including inventory handling, order preparation, and general material movement as needed.
Manually pull parts from the stockroom to meet daily parts requirements and production needs.
Assemble parts into kit form for daily production requirements and deliver completed kits to the appropriate areas on the production floor.
Support lead production personnel by responding quickly and accurately to requests for parts.
Receive and identify incoming raw materials, finished goods, supplies, and equipment.
Count and sort incoming items to verify accuracy against requisitions, invoices, purchase orders, and shop orders.
Enter accurate data into the ERP system for all received, stored, and issued materials.
Store stock in the correct locations within the warehouse and stockroom to maintain organized and efficient inventory.
Utilize the automated inventory system, operating it like a large vending machine by entering bin numbers so the machine can present the correct drawer for parts removal or replacement.
Scan incoming parts using RF scanners and ensure all items are properly labeled and tracked.
Print labels, check order sheets, and prepare products and parts for shipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control processes.
Perform general warehouse duties such as stocking, picking, and order selection as assigned.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, when required and authorized.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
At least 2 years of experience working with inventory systems.
Experience with inventory control and inventory management processes.
Ability to use RF scanners for scanning and tracking parts.
Experience with order selection, picking, and stocking in a warehouse environment.
Ability to accurately receive, count, sort, and verify materials against documentation.
Ability to enter and maintain data in an ERP or similar inventory system.
Capability to work with automated inventory equipment and follow bin location instructions.
Basic computer literacy for label printing and inventory system navigation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working in a stockroom environment.
Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
Good problem-solving skills to resolve inventory discrepancies and locate required parts.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with production and warehouse teams.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests.
Reliable and punctual work habits suitable for a fixed shift schedule.

Work Environment
This position operates on the 2nd shift, typically from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The facility is very clean, well lit, and fully climate controlled, providing a comfortable and consistent work setting throughout the year. Work is performed in a warehouse and stockroom environment that uses inventory systems, ERP software, RF scanners, and an automated inventory machine with bin-based storage. Employees may use material handling equipment, including forklifts, as needed and authorized. The dress code requires safety shoes, long sleeves or a t-shirt, and jeans, reflecting a focus on safety and practicality while working around materials and equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
