Account Manager

Overview

The Account Manager supports dealer and customer relationships by ensuring accurate invoicing, clear communication, and smooth coordination across internal teams. This role manages day to day account activity in SAP, responds to client requests, and helps maintain compliance with contracted agreements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer invoicing from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Monitor work orders in SAP and support billing workflows by loading and updating order information.

Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers, responding promptly to questions about rentals, invoices, quotes, and IVR system issues.

Maintain consistent communication with dealers through professional, timely email correspondence.

Partner with the Fleet Services team to resolve processing issues and support a seamless customer experience.

Generate daily and monthly reports using SAP and Excel to keep internal teams and dealers informed.

Distribute and track PM notifications to ensure dealer compliance.

Respond to client requests with a customer focused approach, ensuring needs are addressed quickly and accurately.

Communicate with dealers who are not meeting contracted requirements and work to bring accounts back into compliance.

Essential Skills

1+ year of administrative experience in the most recent role.

Proficiency in invoicing software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Strong knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and Formulas.

Familiarity with processing purchase orders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in administrative assistance.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Work Environment

Hybrid role that requires on site Monday - Wednesday then the ability to work remotely on Thursday and Friday! Normal business hours of 8am - 5pm are still expected.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of COLUMBUS, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
