Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAMS, BACHELOR HOUSING of NAVAL AIR STATION LEMOORE. Responsibilities You will determine the adequacy of building services, furnishings, fixtures, and schedule improvements. You will advise local program participants on administrative practices to inform them of resident relations, occupancy, and maintenance matters. You will conduct inspections and schedule maintenance of housing units. You will follow up on housing deficiencies to ensure corrective actions are taken. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For the GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Experience ensuring proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program. 2) Experience receiving and processing complaints and related investigations concerning residents. 3) Experience conducting inspection of quarters to evaluate cleanliness, maintenance, habitability of unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities. 4) Experience scheduling and coordinating the maintenance and repair of housing units and conducting follow-up inspections to verify that discrepancies are corrected. For the GS-05 Your resume must demonstrate least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
