Step into a leadership role on high-impact healthcare construction projects as a Mechanical Project Manager. In this position, you'll help deliver a major ambulatory care center / dental clinic located at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, with expected mobilization in summer 2026.

This role offers a salary between $130,000 and $150,000, along with a strong benefits package. As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will be responsible for directing all on-site mechanical construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project requirements. You'll collaborate with superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate day-to-day operations and keep the project on track. From preconstruction and design coordination through final delivery, you'll play a central role in meeting government standards, staying within budget, and achieving schedule milestones.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred; high school diploma or GED required

Additional coursework in project management, construction management and/or mechanical trades

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing mechanical scopes on projects valued at $5 million or more

Proven experience overseeing multiple projects of varying size and complexity

Background in government, military, or large commercial construction preferred

Design-build project experience highly desirable

Experience working on healthcare facilities such as medical centers or dental clinics preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6 preferred (training available)

Familiarity with BIM and CADD experience preferred (training available)
