Description

· Provide excellent customer service to candidates throughout interview and preemployment processes. This can include scheduling interviews/phone screens, welcome emails to candidates, etc.

· Troubleshoots and resolves all issues of interviews for candidates and scheduling conflicts for hiring managers.

· Coordinate travel needs and logistics for external onsite interviews.

· Coordinate internal and external applicant interviews.

· Responsible for the development of relationships through effective communication skills, executing on commitments, and follow-through with hiring managers, candidates, internal support partners, and HR organization.

· Avoids legal challenges by understanding and enforcing regulations related to fair recruitment practices (Complies with all federal, state, and company policies and procedures such as OFCCP, EEO, ADA)

· Update candidate statuses in Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) as needed.

· Responsible for other job duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

· High School diploma or equivalent required

· Minimum 2 years human resources, customer service, hospitality or relative experience required.

· Experience in a high-volume customer and/or candidate environment preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
