Salary Range: $70,000 to $122,000 (depending on location, experience, and other job-related factors)
Role Overview
The Marketing Operations Manageris responsible forenablingthe successfulexecution, measurement, and optimization of marketing campaigns across channels. This role serves as the operational and systems-facing backbone of the marketingorganizationensuring that campaigns launch correctly, lifecycle communications run smoothly, and performance can be measured and improved over time.
The role partners closely with Marketing Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Channel, and Product teams to support cross-channel execution, lifecycle marketing, lead generation, and performance reporting at the enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Operations
Execute and support marketing campaigns across channels and platforms, including email/lifecycle, paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, landing pages, and website promotion.
Coordinate audience segmentation, targeting, asset delivery, and campaign launch timing.
Ensure campaigns areconfigured anddeployed accurately and consistently across marketing systems.
Support both ongoing programs and ad hoc campaign launches.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Product and Growth teams, and external partners to ensuretimelyand effective campaign execution.
Support go-to-market execution by aligning campaign operations with product release timelines and priorities.
Marketing Analytics & Campaign Measurement
Produce and publish regularcampaigns, email, and lead generation performance reporting.
Support campaign tagging standards (e.g., UTMs) and conversion tracking setup.
Partner with analytics teams tomaintaindashboards and ensure performance visibility.
Support marketing attribution frameworks and reporting needs.
Track and analyze funnel performance toidentifytrends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Share performance insights with Marketing and Product partners to inform optimization and future planning.
SEO Infrastructure & Performance Support
Support thereporting,analyticsand performance monitoring side of SEO.
Assistwith keyword research and SEO performance tracking.
Support technical SEO audits in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Maintain search performance dashboards and reporting.
Partner with content, copy, and product stakeholders to support keyword optimization and performance improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations
Act as a liaison between lines of business, Product, and the marketing team to ensure content accuracy, alignment, andexecutionreadiness.
Support data capture, tracking, and reporting workflows across marketing initiatives.
Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement of marketing processes, workflows, and execution standards.
Support cross-functional planning to ensure marketing execution aligns with product priorities and customer experience goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketingor a related fieldor equivalent professional experience.
4+ years experience in digital marketing in digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign execution.
Experience supporting email marketing, lifecycle programs, and lead generation initiatives.
Familiarity with website content management systems, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and CRM platforms.
Strong working knowledge of marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive in managing projects.
Demonstrated ability to learnnew trendsand technologies that support marketing effectiveness.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
