As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in conducting sales visits within your assigned territory to offer our premier excavation and water restoration services. Leveraging warm leads generated by our skilled field service technicians and call center teams, you will drive sales and build long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative:
Engage with current customers to offer tailored solutions for their plumbing and water issues.
Use an established pricing matrix or insurance guidelines to accurately quote services and close sales.
Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted resource for our customers, ensuring a positive experience.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements and Qualities of an Outside Sales Representative:
A valid drivers license.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
An organized, self-motivated, and outgoing personality.
Proficiency with common software programs.
Previous outside sales experience, especially in in-home services, is preferred but not required.
