Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer at a hotel and resort location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and staff. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a hotel or resort setting.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations according to site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, parking areas, entrances, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

Monitor access points and common areas, assist with visitor and contractor screening, and communicate with hotel personnel regarding security-related matters.

Support daily operations by documenting incidents, following post orders, and providing a professional presence that helps to deter disturbances and/or unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
