As an Enterprise Transformation Coach, you'll work with leaders across state agencies to create a more adaptive, customer-focused, and value-driven organization. This is a strategic role where your expertise in agile practices, product management, and business agility will guide leaders through complex transformations that impact millions of Minnesotans.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping agencies align strategy with execution, evolve operating models, and adopt practices that enable continuous improvement. Your work will focus on coaching leadership teams, optimizing value streams and product portfolios, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Success means reducing friction, improving customer experience, and ensuring agencies can respond quickly to changing needs.

This position is temporary and includes full state fringe benefits; it is anticipated to last up to one (1) year.
This position requires an employee to be onsite at¿600 North Robert Street, Saint Paul, Minnesota at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location. Minimum Qualifications

Position requires a minimum of six (6) years of IT related experience in enterprise-level organizational transformation, including agile practices, product management, portfolio management, and business agility.
Experience must include:
Experience leading product development and product management efforts, including guiding cross-functional teams from concept through implementation.
Experience supporting enterprise change management efforts related to organizational transformation, new ways of working, or operating model change.
Experience planning and facilitating workshops, stakeholder discussions, and presentations for leadership and executive audiences.
Experience coaching or advising leaders and managers on operating model adoption, Agile or Lean practices, or modern management approaches.
Experience analyzing, defining, or improving organizational processes, workflows, or value delivery approaches.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a manner that facilitates mutual understanding.
Customer-focused approach grounded in active listening, empathy, and solution-oriented problem-solving to deliver positive user experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Seven (7) or more years of experience in product development and product management, including cross-functional teams from ideation through delivery.
Seven (7) or more years of experience defining, mapping, and optimizing value streams, including current-state and future-state analysis and Lean waste reduction, to improve end-to-end flow and efficiency.
Seven (7) or more years of experience in communications and facilitation, including leading workshops, stakeholder sessions, and executive-level presentations.
Five (5) or more years of experience establishing and applying performance metrics, value assessments, or outcome measurement frameworks, such as OKRs, KPIs, or return-on-investment measures, to evaluate transformation impact.
Five (5) or more years of experience applying adult learning principles, instructional design, and training or coaching methods to build organizational capability.
Strongly Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) or more years of experience working in public sector or other highly regulated environments, with knowledge of governance, compliance, and policy constraints.
Seven (7) or more years of experience in enterprise change management, including the design and implementation of large-scale organizational transformation efforts.
