Besides easy access to the Frio, the park offers many miles of hiking trails and camping options.Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, this position performs entry-level building maintenance and construction work and is responsible for assisting with the operation and maintenance of Garner State Park. Responsible for the preventative maintenance (cleaning/inspecting) of cabins, restrooms and other facilities. Duties include and are not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, painting, cleaning restrooms and assisting customers. Cleans, maintains and repairs other park facilities, buildings, equipment, vehicles and grounds. Operates various @types of equipment to include mowers, trimmers, power tools, tractors, vehicles and other equipment as needed. Performs general visitor assistance including providing visitor information concerning park rules and regulations.
