In regulatory risk compliance at PwC, you will focus on confirming adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigating risks for clients. You will provide guidance on compliance strategies and help clients navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

The Opportunity

As part of the Regulatory Risk and Compliance team you are responsible for managing regulatory risk and compliance projects. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You leverage your broad knowledge of healthcare compliance to develop solutions related to strategy, operations, and management.

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Master of Business Administration preferred

In-depth knowledge of corporate compliance programs

Proficiency in Medicare, Medicaid, or Health Insurance Exchange regulations

Proven abilities in audit preparations and responses

Strength in project management and facilitation skills

Experience in developing compliance monitoring programs

Ability to communicate with clients in an organized manner

Proven leadership in managing complex projects

Strength in analytical and problem-solving skills

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
