In Workday finance at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services for Workday finance applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday finance applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Workday Consulting team you are expected to analyze finance and accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities in areas such as close and consolidation, internal and external reporting, and performance management. As an Associate you are responsible for focusing on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by developing your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

Analyzing finance and accounting processes to identify improvement opportunities

Supporting client engagement and project tasks

Contributing to internal and external reporting improvements

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

1 year

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Accounting preferred

Utilizing the Workday environment

Improving efficiency in transaction processing

Process improvement and industry knowledge

Managerial cost accounting and financial modeling

ERP systems knowledge

Simplifying complex processes

System application implementations and software configurations

Workday Services functional certification and/or engagement manager certification, CPA

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
