Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and escalations.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and deliver client-facing presentations.
Respond to client requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with client expectations and internal standards.
Monitor and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.
Provide input into strategic planning and program development.
Act as liaison between HUB pharmacy, Sonexus, and client teams.
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests while maintaining business alignment.
Prepare, analyze, and submit operational and performance reports.
Maintain accurate documentation of program activities and client communications.
Manage client contracts and ensure compliance with terms and service level agreements.
Support audits and regulatory reviews as needed.
Communicate regularly with directors and senior leadership.
Serve as a subject matter expert on pharmacy operations and program management.
Qualifications
Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, program management, or client services preferred.
Strong understanding of HUB pharmacy operations and specialty pharmacy services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM and reporting tools preferred.

TRAINING AND WORK SCHEDULES:
Your new hire training will take place 8:00am-5:00pm CST, mandatory attendance is required.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week).
Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm CST.
