Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to perform MIG welding in a clean, well-organized manufacturing shop that produces both custom job shop work and some repetitive products. You will weld mild steel components using jigs and fixtures, contributing to high-quality fabricated assemblies in a supportive, laid-back team environment.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in MIG welding on mild steel.

Ability to use a tape measure and other measuring devices accurately.

Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds and precise assemblies.

Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.

Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.

Ability to perform basic fabrication tasks in support of welding operations.

Blueprint reading ability is a plus but not required for this role.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Lititz, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
