Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will engage in cycle counting for the majority of your day, with comprehensive training provided. Your role requires a strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. You will be involved in kitting activities, receive items for stockroom areas as needed, and perform manual labor, including independently lifting up to 50 lbs. Additionally, you will review part numbers and locations, physically count inventory, and document the findings accurately.

Responsibilities

Conduct cycle counting and inventory control.

Participate in kitting activities.

Receive items for stockroom areas when needed.

Perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Review and document part numbers and locations.

Engage in picking, packaging, and material handling tasks.

Operate RF scanner and forklift when required.

Perform order picking, packing, loading, and shipping tasks.

Essential Skills

Strong attention to detail.

Critical thinking skills.

Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Computer proficiency.

Experience with Microsoft Office.

Excel experience preferred.

Work Environment

This is a temporary assignment lasting approximately 90 days, with the potential for a permanent position for exemplary performers. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seguin, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
