This is a steady, full-time position offering a consistent 40-hour workweek with no overtime required.

Safely operate a 20-foot non-CDL box truck to deliver janitorial, cleaning, and facility maintenance supplies to local schools, businesses, hospitals, government agencies, and commercial customers.
Provide friendly, dependable, and professional customer service during all deliveries.
Load and unload the truck, working with forklift operators who will assist with loading when needed.
Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory.
Palletize products and securely shrink-wrap pallets to prepare shipments for delivery.
Move, lift, and handle boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Maintain delivery logs, basic paperwork, and accurate documentation for each route and shipment.
Support general warehouse operations when not driving, including inventory handling and general labor tasks.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment and deliveries.
Essential Skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience driving a box truck or similar vehicle, preferably a 20-foot non-CDL truck.
Experience in warehouse operations, including order picking, loading, and unloading.
Ability to provide courteous and reliable customer service during deliveries.
Comfort with physical work, including regularly lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work independently on delivery routes and collaboratively as part of a warehouse team.
Strong reliability and punctuality, with a consistent and dependable work ethic.
Ability to maintain accurate delivery logs and basic paperwork.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or general labor environment.
Familiarity with inventory handling and basic warehouse processes.
Customer-facing experience in delivery, service, or related roles.
Comfort working around forklifts and other warehouse equipment, with loading support provided by forklift operators.
Interest in a contract-to-hire opportunity with a clear path to long-term employment.
Why Work Here?
The organization has more than 40 years of experience manufacturing and distributing high-quality janitorial, cleaning, and facility maintenance products to over 3,000 customers, including schools, hospitals, government agencies, and commercial facilities. You join a team that takes pride in delivering reliable service, consistent product quality, and long-term value to its customers. The company is committed to supporting cleaner, safer, and more efficient facilities across the region, and values responsive service and a dependable workforce. You benefit from a stable, full-time schedule with a consistent 40-hour workweek, a clear contract-to-hire path, and the opportunity to grow with an established, mission-driven organization.
