As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring, agile, and reliable team that puts people first, values innovation, and acts with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-related location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and supporting security-related response protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas while maintaining an armed presence that may help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations according to site procedures.

Support Allied Universal and site leadership with detailed incident reporting, communication with local authorities and/or emergency services, and other assigned security-related duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Possess a Texas Level III Armed Certification.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
