Description

Front office support including patient check-in, scheduling, verifying demographics and insurance, managing referrals, collecting co-pays, and assisting with patient inquiries while supporting overall clinic workflow. Verifying appointments. They also do outreach to patients Key Responsibilities: - Answer and route calls - Manage provider schedules and appointments - Verify insurance and obtain authorizations - Support clinic flow and patient experience - Maintain accurate documentation in EHR - Assist with scanning and record maintenance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
