Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Data Entry Clerk to support healthcare data operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This Long-term Contract position focuses on reviewing incoming information from healthcare facilities, confirming record accuracy, and maintaining reliable documentation across electronic systems. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a service-minded approach, and the ability to work carefully in a fully onsite environment Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Review incoming medical and administrative information from multiple healthcare sources and confirm that each entry is accurate before processing.

Compare records across electronic platforms to identify inconsistencies, missing details, or formatting issues and resolve them promptly.

Enter, update, and maintain patient and facility-related information within EHR and electronic medical record systems with a high level of precision.

Communicate with internal teams or external contacts when clarification is needed to complete records correctly and efficiently.

Monitor documentation for completeness and follow established procedures to ensure data quality standards are met.

Organize and manage a steady volume of information while maintaining productivity and accuracy in an onsite work setting.

Support record validation activities by documenting corrections, updates, and verification outcomes in the appropriate systems. Requirements - Prior experience in data entry, medical records, or healthcare administrative support.

Familiarity with EHR systems and electronic medical record platforms.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize errors, gaps, and inconsistencies in documentation.

Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating information and resolving discrepancies.

Customer service experience with a detail-oriented and responsive approach to interactions.

Ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately while meeting deadlines in a structured environment.

Availability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Phoenix, Arizona. TalentMatch®
