Kelly Services is seeking an Admin Assistant for a local Research Institute located in Doral, FL 33172

Pay- $21/hour

Schedule- Mon-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to join our team. This role provides essential support to our office operations, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all administrative activities.

Core Responsibilities:

Office Support: Answer and direct phone calls, handle general inquiries, greet visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Calendar & Travel Management: Schedule appointments, book meeting rooms, coordinate staff calendars, and arrange travel itineraries.

Documentation: Draft emails, prepare reports, edit documents, create presentations, and organize both physical and electronic filing systems.

Logistics & Inventory: Order office supplies, maintain inventory tracking, and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.

Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with expense reports, invoicing, and basic vendor management.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role (2-5 years preferred).

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office equipment (printers, fax machines).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Typical Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in office management or a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
