Experience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance &/or production operations.
-Experience with some combination of the following: experience with manufacturing processes and procedures including: composite fabrication, structural assembly, machining, bonded assemblies &/or installations.
-Heavy structural experience on the Manufacturing shop floor
-Experience with MRP system or SAP or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES) application
-Ability to obtain a secret security clearance after offer acceptance and willing to stay in current role/employment throughout the clearance processing period. Candidate must have a full secret clearance prior to start.
-Ability to obtain special program access within 3 months of start date with LM.-

-Previous experience with lean manufacturing and process improvements
-Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical field with 5+ years experience
-Experience with various PLM systems including SAP, iBase-t (Solumina), Teamcenter, and/or SFM
-Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery
-Working knowledge of one or more organizations including: Operations, IT, Planning, Production Control, ERP, MRP, Quality or systems integration.
-Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future.
-Demonstrated ability to solve logistical issues and lead efforts to drive mission success.
-Demonstrated understanding of engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning.
-Previous experience incorporating model based engineering into manufacturing plans.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 - $143,865. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
