Job Title: Construction Integration Manager
Job Description
The Construction Integration Manager 3 supervises and coordinates the activities of production and operating teams while serving as a key communication link between lease providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders. This role reviews project documentation, project financials, and RFIs, and ensures that production methods, equipment performance, and product quality meet established standards. The position is based in Atlanta and operates on a standard 40-hour workweek.
Responsibilities
Communicate proactively with lease providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, schedule, and deliverables.
Review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and RFIs, to support accurate planning and execution.
Review project financials to monitor costs, support budget adherence, and identify variances or issues requiring corrective action.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers to meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.
Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and overall efficiency.
Review operations regularly and confer with technical and administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to monitor performance and detect production problems.
Analyze production, quality control, and maintenance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Hire, train, evaluate, and, when necessary, discharge staff, while resolving personnel issues and grievances in a fair and professional manner.
Set and monitor product standards to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality finished products.
Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, personnel records, and other required documentation.
Ensure that all work follows established safety procedures and quality standards.
Use tools such as Bluebeam and project scheduling or tracking software (e.g., P6 if experienced, MS Project/Excel, Procore) to support planning, coordination, and documentation.
Essential Skills
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with contractors, lease providers, and internal teams.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills in a production or construction environment.
Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and techniques for optimizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance in a production or construction setting.
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Proficiency with Bluebeam for reviewing and marking up drawings and project documents.
Proficiency with MS Project and Excel for scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
Experience using Procore or similar construction/project management platforms.
High school diploma or GED required.
5-7 years of experience in construction supervision, production management, or a closely related field.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred.
Experience with P6 (Primavera) scheduling software is a plus for candidates who have prior P6 experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced production or construction environment.
Experience developing and implementing production tracking and quality control systems.
Ability to analyze production, quality, and maintenance data to drive continuous improvement.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Work Environment
This role is based in Atlanta and follows a standard schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. The position involves a combination of office-based work, such as reviewing project documentation and financials, and field or production-area presence to supervise and coordinate activities. The role requires the use of specific equipment, including a monitor, keyboard, headset, and mouse, as well as safety gear such as a Class 2 safety helmet, Class 2 or higher safety vest, cut and impact resistant gloves, ANSI Z87.1 or higher safety glasses or visor, and composite toe work boots made of leather or a leather alternative that extend a minimum of 4 inches above the ankle. A Class 2 or higher reflective jacket suitable for cold and wet weather is also required. The work environment emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency, and uses tools such as Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, Procore, and potentially P6 for planning, coordination, and documentation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
