We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Methuen, Massachusetts. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping workstreams organized, serving as a reliable first point of contact, and handling a wide range of administrative tasks with accuracy. The role offers the chance to contribute to a busy office environment while building long-term potential within the team.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming phone calls efficiently, route messages to the appropriate team members, and respond to general questions courteously.

Perform data entry tasks with close attention to detail, ensuring records, files, and administrative information remain accurate and up to date.

Provide day-to-day administrative support such as preparing documents, organizing paperwork, and assisting with routine office coordination.

Maintain office organization by tracking materials, managing shared resources, and supporting smooth daily operations.

Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and other clerical duties that help improve team efficiency.

Support reception-related functions by monitoring communications and ensuring timely follow-up on internal and external requests.

Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, or general office support role.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to manage inbound calls in a courteous and attentive manner.

Proficiency in data entry and a consistent focus on accuracy and organization.

Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting while meeting daily priorities.

Working knowledge of general administrative procedures and standard office practices.

Ability to interact effectively with staff, visitors, and callers at all levels.
