Job Description

Private Wealth Management (PWM) Private Banking Partner has shared responsibility for soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Banking. In this role, the Partner will primarily serve as the PWM Treasury Management subject matter expert and act as the key liaison with the Treasury Management Department , while also partnering closely with the Senior Advisor to drive business development, client retention, and engagement in PWM sales and relationship management strategies.

Partner Advisors have shared responsibility with their Senior Advisor to achieve sales, revenue, and practice excellence goals. The position is focused on honing the technical aspects of Private Banking-including Treasury Management solutions -and developing the superior client-facing skills needed to become a Private Wealth Banker. Incumbents must possess a proven track record of sales support and collaboration to be viewed as a trusted partner to a Private Wealth Banker.

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Four to seven years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

Thorough knowledge of departmental operations/policies and U.S. Bank products and services

Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Strong client facing skills

Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, interpret data and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

Well-developed analytical skills

Pursuit of professional credentials (CFP, CFA, etc.) a plus
