Salary: $125,000/YR + Commission Actual offer will be based on experience, location, education, and/or skills

You're a high-performing deposit growth professional with a proven ability to source, structure, and close significant operating deposit relationships. You bring a strong market presence, deep product knowledge, and a hunter mentality-focused on acquisition, not servicing. You're energized by clear production goals, competitive environments, and building long-term relationships with sophisticated clients. The Senior Banking Specialist is a production-focused role responsible for driving new deposit growth across First Western Trust's footprint. This position targets high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, privately held businesses, and family offices, with an annual new deposit production goal of $10-20 million. You'll structure tailored deposit and treasury solutions that support client liquidity, operations, and long-term relationships. This role partners closely with Profit Center teams while remaining focused on origination rather than ongoing service.
