Summary You will serve as a Educational Technician at the United States Navl Academy (USNA). Responsibilities You will assemble report information or responses related to academic procedure inquiries. You will compile information or educational material in support of an education program. You will answer inquiries regarding operations and policies and procedures of an academic organization. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications This position has a selective placement factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates. The selective placement factor is: This position requires the ability to @type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting military and civilian educators by performing data analysis on various topics related to educational programs and the Brigade of Midshipmen; 2) Performing teaching load and space availability analysis in order to assist educators in scheduling faculty and classrooms, including courses taught during the academic periods of the day, and evening additional instruction and lectures; 3) Performing assignments involving the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for budget preparation.
