Description We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of innovative strategies that drive brand growth and commercial success. This role requires a strategic thinker who can integrate consumer insights, market trends, and content strategies to achieve measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, digital, and analytics, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with consumer behavior and commercial priorities.

Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across multiple channels to effectively reach target audiences.

Analyze market trends and consumer data to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.

Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and continuous performance improvement.

Establish and monitor commercial KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies.

Lead efforts to integrate emerging technologies, such as AI-powered platforms, into marketing processes.

Drive B2B marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and expand market reach.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and differentiate the organization in the marketplace. Requirements - Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of modern content marketing strategies.

Expertise in B2B marketing and the ability to build effective campaigns targeting business audiences.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable results.

Proficiency in analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics to inform decision-making.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and collaborate across departments.

Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI-powered platforms, and their application in marketing.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing plans and results.
