Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20.00/hour
Shift: 1st - Monday - Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm with 1-hr lunch)

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
Receiving, directing, and relaying telephone messages
Directing the public, customers, vendors, and visitors to the appropriate staff member, ensuring safety policy compliance
Handling secretarial duties and supporting meeting/conference planning
Ordering and managing office supply inventory
Managing miscellaneous shipping needs and ordering flowers for special occasions
Assisting with time sheet approvals and supporting employees/managers with workforce processes
Supporting HR hiring processes, including scheduling orientation and weekly job postings
Posting and closing jobs, dispositioning candidates in the applicant tracking system
Tracking referrals and coordinating referral payouts
Setting up interviews for hourly positions and creating employee badges
Updating requisition trackers and managing café swipe access
Assisting with new hire bios/pictures and menu updates
Greeting and assisting visitors in a courteous, professional manner
Answering and directing incoming calls, delivering exceptional customer service
Performing data entry and maintaining records using Excel and Microsoft Office
Supporting daily administrative processes and organizational tasks
Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Collaborating with internal teams, including HR and recruiting as needed
Completing additional administrative tasks as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have previous experience in an administrative or office support role (required)
Are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Present a professional demeanor and adhere to business casual attire
Can efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Have HR or recruiting experience (preferred, but not required)
