Required Education/Experience

Master's Degree Engineering, Construction Management and 4 years of relevant work experience in Construction, Transmission or Electric Operations

Bachelor's Degree Engineering, Construction Management and 6 years of relevant work experience in Construction, Transmission or Electric Operations

Associate's Degree Engineering, Construction Management and 9 years of relevant work experience in Construction, Transmission or Electric Operations

High School Diploma/GED and 11 years of relevant work experience in Construction, Transmission or Electric Operations

Relevant Work Experience

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required.

Ability to interact with internal and external customers, contractors, local and state agencies, required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), required.

Transmission cable pulling and splicing experience required.

Working knowledge of Construction operations software applications is preferred.

Previous managerial or supervisory experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Well organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments

Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty

Licenses and Certifications

Driver's License Required

Physical Demands

Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday

Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

Possess manual dexterity and the ability to use hands for the duration of the workday

Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and kneel throughout the workday

Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday

Additional Physical Demands

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be willing and able to report to multiple company locations and construction sites, including reassignment to alternate locations based on operational and business requirements.
