Job Summary:

We are actively seeking recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or related business disciplines who are looking to launch their careers in entry-level accounting and finance roles. These opportunities are ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience, build foundational skills, and grow within professional finance and accounting environments.

Accounts Payable Coordinator / Specialist

Accounts Receivable Coordinator / Specialist

Junior Staff Accountant

Junior Financial Analyst

Accounting Assistant

Billing Specialist

Payroll Assistant

General Accounting Clerk

Finance Assistant

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

Support bank reconciliations and account reconciliations

Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger data

Help with month-end close activities and financial reporting

Review and analyze financial data, budgets, and variances

Update records and maintain accurate documentation

Assist with spreadsheet reporting and data analysis in Excel

Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounting and finance matters

Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field

Recent graduate or candidate with internship, project, or early career experience in accounting or finance

Strong interest in launching a career in accounting or finance

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Good communication and organizational skills

Exposure to ERP systems, accounting software, or financial tools is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
