Job Summary:

The Administrative Associate II position will provide all manner of administrative and clerical support to the department and assist cross-operationally.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant II include but not limited to:

Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and in-person appointments and communicate meeting details to all participants through appropriate communication channels.

Scheduling travel arrangements and managing calendars.

Completing expense reports and payroll processing.

Assisting with event coordination and complete special projects as needed.

Working with confidential materials with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

2-4 years exectuive level administrative experience.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint).

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.

Demonstrates ability to work in a fast paced environment with composure, as well as independently.

Strong attention to detail.

Pay: $24.32 per hour

Temp Assignment - 4 mos. contract w/possibility of extension.

ONSITE: Cranbury, NJ

M-F: 8 AM - 5 PM EST (WFH one day per week)

Pay Details: $24.32 per hour
