How you'll make an impact in this role

Establish, revise, and evaluate an effective, patient-centered plan of care that involves the patient and/or family.

Advance clinical treatments within a variety of diagnoses including Ortho, Neuro, Oncology, ICU, Cardio, and Pulmonary.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to establish a plan of care and discharge recommendations.

Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.

Minimum requirement of 36 hours in 6-week period.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

1 year of acute care experience.
