Description

The Practice Manager II is responsible for all administrative and operational functions of multiple clinics and departments within the Providence Medical Group (PMG by overseeing the clinic staff in providing care). The Practice Manager II works with PMG clinic leadership to develop organizational goals and objectives. The Practice Manager II will partner closely and effectively with their PMG medical directors and work closely with caregivers and providers to ensure the most effective and efficient clinical operations with the goal of providing great customer service while engaging caregivers and providers.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing (or in progress to be completed within 3 years of date of hire).

2 years Healthcare supervisory experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Practice management.

EMR experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
