IMMEDIATE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEEDED

OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST REAL ESTATE/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES IN THE AREA

FULL TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY

MONDAY - FRIDAY 830AM-5PM

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ (ON SITE ONLY)

$30/HR

Qualifications:

4-5 years of administrative/exec admin/front desk experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PeopleSoft

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Description

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming calls; provide general information or route to appropriate staff.

Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments.

Prepare materials for meetings and events, including documents, catering, and logistics.

Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.

Assist with property management tasks such as billing, collections, and tenant communications.

Manage office supplies, IT support coordination, and facility maintenance.

Support internal communications and assist with marketing and development initiatives.

Plan and manage broker and client events.

Handle invoice coding and processing.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Rutherford, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
