About the Role -- Estimator:

As an Estimator, you'll be a key part of our preconstruction team---analyzing plans, preparing accurate cost estimates, and supporting project success from bid to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

Review blueprints, perform takeoffs, and prepare detailed cost estimates

Create and maintain BOMs and proposals

Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients

Assist in preparing budgets and schedules for awarded projects

Support Project Teams throughout the bid process

Track actual project costs vs. estimates and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For:

Experience: 4+ years in electrical construction (commercial/industrial preferred)

Education: High school diploma or GED (Post-Secondary Certificate preferred)

Skills: Strong math, communication, organization, and time management

Tools: Proficiency in Accubid & other estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and blueprint reading

License: Valid state driver's license

Work Style: Team player, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven

Hiring Requirements:

References, Background Check, Drug Screen, Valid Driver's License
