$20/hr

Schedule:

Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm (Hybrid AFTER training)

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Assisting Customer Sales Representatives with day-to-day operations management, ensuring world-class customer service.

Handling inbound calls, working with vendors to obtain information and documents, and performing data entry.

Building valuable relationships with internal and external customers through proactive communication and problem-solving.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a team player attitude and can collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization.

Possess strong multitasking skills and are eager to expand your knowledge of the transportation industry.

Are comfortable working with new technology software and are competent in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
