Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Salary- $19-$21/hour

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

What's a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You'll be:

Providing administrative support to clients and internal departments while acting as the primary liaison.

Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction.

Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a high school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred) and at least 2 years of customer service experience.

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Are adaptable to various customer personalities and have experience in the service or legal industry (a plus).
