Responsible for managing sales Team. Support the Sales Team's efforts to: identify, quantify and maximize business opportunities. Develop productive, and effective, relationship with the customer at all levels. Provide support to all efforts to retain existing customers and gain prospective customers.

Location: Michigan

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Schedule: Monday thru Friday (hours may fluctuate based on business)

Salary: Based on experience and background - Up to $130K

Bonus: Performance Award Plan, paid annually: Target of 25% of base salary - 15% Profit Sharing based on EBIDTA and 10% Commercial Incentives

Relocation: Negotiable

Travel: Up to 25% (Monthly Meeting in Hammond, IN)

Required: You must have - Tubing Sales - experience ; a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in Sales with at least 3-5 years' in a Leadership (Sales Management) position

Preferred: Seamless Tubing Sales experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics, or equivalent experience in a Senior Sales Management role

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Develop NEW business as a top priority

Communicate with Senior Management effectively with information such as: pricing trends, marketing trends, competitive information, and other vital market information

Develop relationships at all levels of the businesses served

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and develop a strategy to support these needs

Provides support to Sales Team to gain access to key decision makers

Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, including resolving any issues that may arise post-sale

Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest

Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems

Responsible for day to day administrative activities

Liaison with mill for production and shipping concerns

Monthly sales presentations at the business review meeting

Prepare quarterly Board of Directors presentations

Maintain all customer price sheets

Provide periodic sales forecasts

Manage the sales funnel for tracking new business opportunities

Provide training as needed

Perform other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS -

Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with Senior Management, colleagues, customers and others

Must be able to establish effective and productive relationships with customers, colleagues and others

Must be able to cost effectively regularly travel throughout the various sales territories

Must be capable of using various resources to identify, qualify and target potential customers and grow with those customers while maintaining solid relationships with established customers

QUALIFICATIONS -

BA or BS degree preferred

Significant experience in Sales Management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and access a computerized business system

Tubing experience a must, Seamless Tubing preferred
