Inductotherm Corp. has an exciting opportunity for an Accountant to join our team, 100% on-site in Rancocas, New Jersey, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accountant to support our day-to-day transactions, including job costing, cost studies, maintaining/keeping financial records, and general costing clerical tasks. Your goal would be to make sure our Administration and Finance operations run smoothly.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform (pre)/costing on Stock jobs.
Perform costing studies for equipment on completed jobs.
Assist with month-end closing.
Assist with annual physical inventory.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
Perform PO receiving against invoices.
Maintain databases and filing system.
Will handle miscellaneous duties, as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Sound knowledge of financial regulations and principles especially GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) as well as finance/accounting transactions.
Skilled at MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel), especially in making spreadsheets and databases.
Experience working with any Accounting and/or ERP system.
Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Strong ethics and reliability.
Organizational skills and a keen eye for details.
An analytical mind with problem-solving attitude.
Excellent time management skills.
Education and Experience:
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is required.
Three (3) years of relevant experience.
Physical Requirements:

Able to see/read printed word and hear/speak on the phone.
Able to stand, traverse the building, sit for long periods, bend, reach, and lift or carry up to 10 pounds.
Have valid driver's license and able to drive an automobile.
Neat business-like appearance.
Must disclose any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.

Salary:
Salaries are based upon candidate experience and qualifications.
Salary Range: $4,500.00 - $5,750.00/month
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
