Account Executive: Lycoming County and surrounding area
In this role you will use your experience in sales and marketing to educate the communities we serve through Home Health and Hospice.

Responsibilities:
Attends and actively participates in team huddles, staff meetings, one-on-one meetings, and other meetings as requested.
Responsible for all sales administration duties including, but not limited to maintaining detailed account profiles, submitting weekly activity reports, expense entry compliance, payroll time sheets, PTO requests, delivery or pick-up of orders/F2F when needed, timely cell phone and e-mail correspondence.
Keeps management informed of key marketplace changes relating to providers and competitors.
Understands that teamwork is a crucial part of our business, and can work well with colleagues, no matter the circumstances. Cooperates with others and accepts and provides constructive feedback despite any personal conflicts between individuals involved.
Works closely with clinical leadership in the assigned region to drive a vision of growth by focusing every team member on the needs and expectations of the referral community. Focuses on ensuring an ideal customer experience for all referral sources
Serves as the agency staff liaison with physicians, facility nurses, social workers, discharge planners and community agencies. Helps ensure the delivery of appropriate services for potential patients.
Conducts informational visits with patients and/or their families, as requested by accounts to discuss eligibility guidelines, services offerings, and benefits/covered services.
Implements an effective sales process including pre and post call planning, establishing rapport, effective questioning skills, making presentations, handling objections, and closing.
Educates the medical community about the services of our organization through effective sales calls, in-services, health fairs, and CEU programs. Knows the features and benefits of the services provided by the agency and can articulate competitive advantages, specialty programs, eligibility guidelines, and covered services.
Develops, executes, and evaluates a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share in the assigned territory through effective time management and account development including prospecting/diversification, account prioritization, and call frequency.
Responsible for the overall development and referral growth of assigned territory, including hospitals and other facilities, physicians, and community agencies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education is required.
Two to five (2-5) years proven track record in sales and marketing preferred.
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated. Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills required. Ability to be creative and generate ideas as they relate to marketing and community education. Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in the use of technology and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook). Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
