Our client, a manufacturing and industrial sector organization, is seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to join their team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be part of the Finance department supporting operational excellence and financial integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounting Manager

Location: Fayetteville, TN (Hybrid flexibility)

Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 Salary + Bonus

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Manage day-to-day accounting operations across payables, receivables, credit, and expense reconciliation.

Provide support for financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls.

Lead and develop the accounting team, assist with audits, and respond to financial inquiries to maintain accurate and transparent reporting.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

10+ years of experience in Accounting, including leadership and exposure to the Manufacturing industry

Experience with advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP

Experience with ERP systems
