Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER of NAVAL STATION EVERETT. Responsibilities You will formulate local directives and instructions concerning housing to include assignments, terminations, inspections, maintenance, cleanliness, utility use, etc. You will recommend and/or implement corrective measures, changes, and improvements. You will conduct inspections, audits, studies and program reviews. You will plan, prioritize, schedules, and assign work to the staff based on difficulty of work and capabilities and grade levels of staff. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience conducting inspections of housing facilities to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance and habitability of the unit, furnishings, and equipment. Experience applying applicable federal, command, and local policy to housing management (i.e. assignment, inspections, maintenance, cleanliness, etc.). Experience counseling service members on the availability, @type, and size of quarters available. Experience planning work assignments based on priorities and staff capabilities.
