Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) - Oncology/Clinic in Lenoir City, TN.

This is an on-site, full-time position.

Pay: $17 to $20 per hour (based on experience)

Type: Full-time, long-term opportunity

Schedule: Monday - Thursday (6:45 AM - 4:15 PM), Friday (6:45 AM - 12:00 PM)

Location: Lenoir City, TN 37772

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintain established departmental policies, procedures, quality standards, and infection control guidelines

Perform basic nursing/clinical procedures including height and weight, vital signs, and ambulatory intake per oncology best practices

Perform venipuncture and injections within scope of practice

Conduct patient intake interviews, gather initial assessments, and document in EMR

Report patient information and findings to appropriate provider or practitioner

Maintain a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic patient environment using AIDET communication standards

Assist physicians and providers with exams, procedures, and direct patient care activities

Ensure adequate supply inventory and restocking of clinical areas and exam rooms

Maintain accurate and timely medical record documentation; assist with scanning and records management

Inspect clinical areas daily for compliance and safety standards and initiate corrective action when needed

Clean and restock exam rooms; transport instruments to sterile processing as required

Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and a positive work environment

Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from national organization required

Prior clinical, oncology, or primary care experience preferred

Experience with EMR systems preferred

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
