Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Lenoir City, TN.

This is an on-site, full-time position.

Pay: $20.00+ per hour (based on experience)

Type : Temp to Hire

Schedule : Monday - Friday (clinic-based schedule; hours to be discussed at interview)

Location : Lenoir City, TN

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess patient condition and obtain vital signs, weight, and general clinical status

Assist provider with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments

Perform clinical skills including phlebotomy, injections (including dosage calculations), suturing, and other office-based procedures

Administer medications per provider order, ensuring correct dosage, route, site, and documentation

Provide basic patient care as ordered by provider

Ensure timely receipt and communication of test results to patients

Document all patient care, interventions, medication administration, and patient/family responses in the medical record

Provide patient education and reinforce provider instructions and wellness guidance

Triage patient phone calls and determine urgency of appointments

Maintain adequate clinical supplies and ensure proper functioning of equipment

Monitor accuracy of medical records and maintain required reports, logs, and statistics

Maintain confidentiality of patient, staff, and practice information

Utilize clinical and office equipment including EKG machines, stethoscopes, BP cuffs, scales, thermometers, and basic lab equipment

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing training

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Tennessee required

Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Clinical or outpatient clinic experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
