About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Consultant to join the Global Talent Marketing team. This role is ideal for a recruitment marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about building scalable, high-impact talent attraction strategies.

You will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives, including the Meta data center LevelUp partnership, helping to attract top-tier talent through innovative marketing campaigns and content.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and candidate conversion

Create compelling social media content, including employee storytelling from concept through final video production

Oversee agency partners responsible for video and creative deliverables

Manage approval workflows between the client and external partners (e.g., Meta)

Support RPO initiatives with templates, channel access, and content creation

Lead end-to-end campaign development to increase talent community engagement and application rates

Act as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders on talent attraction challenges

Manage campaign budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective execution

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and ROI improvements

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and business teams

Requirements

Qualifications

5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in employer branding or recruitment marketing

Strong experience developing recruitment marketing campaigns with limited agency support

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (required)

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment

Experience working in a highly matrixed organization

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Highly organized with a proactive, inquisitive mindset
