The Role
The Marketing Manager will play an important role on the World of Hyatt Global Marketing team, helping bring our brand and loyalty program to life for members and travelers around the world. In this role, you will help shape and execute integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, preference, membership growth, stay activity, and ongoing engagement.
You will lead cross-channel campaigns from brief to launch, partnering closely with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver compelling marketing strategies across owned and paid media. This is a highly collaborative role for a marketer who is both strategic and hands-on, energized by connecting ideas, people, and channels to create impactful work.
We are looking for someone who is consumer-minded, curious, and motivated to grow within a fast-paced global brand. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, an organized project manager, and a thoughtful marketer who can move seamlessly from strategy to execution. A passion for travel and hospitality is a plus.
This position reports to the Director, Global Marketing.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including brand initiatives, program communications, and global or regional campaigns
-Establish clear, compelling marketing briefs and partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life
-Create and implement communications that support strategic partnerships, business priorities, and stakeholder objectives
-Manage campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and with attention to detail
-Cultivate relationships with internal teams including data and analytics, email operations, digital, brands, social, communications, legal, etc. to drive successful execution.
-Use data and performance insights to optimize campaigns and inform future marketing decisions
-Contribute to development of overall long-term marketing strategy across brands, functions, and regions
-Consistently build knowledge of the hospitality industry, travel consumer, World of Hyatt brand and loyalty program, and competitive landscape
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
-5 years of brand/marketing experience with demonstrated success supporting campaigns from strategy through execution. Hospitality, travel and/or loyalty experience a plus.
-Detailed understanding and experience with all marketing channels/tactics and ability to connect the dots strategically, creatively and operationally
-Ability to leverage big picture thinking to link strategy to implementation for multiple audiences internally and externally
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and influence effectively across teams and levels
-Self-starter who is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
-Innovative and forward thinking, keeping up with the latest marketing and digital/social media trends and proactively incorporating new ideas
-Experience working with translations and global teams
-Familiarity with using first party data to inform personalized content and marketing campaigns
Experience Preferred:
-BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Advertising or equivalent

The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
