Job Description
The team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Loyalty Benefits Marketing , who will support loyalty marketing curriculums to drive benefit awareness and education for Gold and Green Card Members.
This Senior Analyst will support marketing strategies to drive benefit engagement and usage within Core MR Product portfolios. Examples include core loyalty curriculums, e.g. product e-newsletters and Value Summaries. They will closely collaborate with a variety of partners to contribute to overall Core MR Marketing goals. In addition, they will work across loyalty benefit teams to lead cross-team projects and oversee benefit central support.
This role is ideal for a customer-centric marketer who understands the Consumer marketing space and is motivated by challenging the status quo, driving measurable results, and collaborating with partners across the organization. Success in this role is measured by the ability to effectively apply Card Member insights and engagement metrics to inform marketing strategies, further define and deliver marketing curriculums, support new product initiatives, flawlessly execute test-and-learn campaigns that grow Card.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end marketing campaign execution, ensuring a flawless, timely and compliant Customer experience.
Support marketing activities for product e-Newsletters, product launches and value communications including creative development, changes, partner and legal feedback, creative testing, back-end campaign setup, and post campaign validation.
Strong collaboration with key partners including Marketing, Product, Marketing Enablement Teams, Analytics, GCO/LOBCO and external Agency partners
Own post campaign reporting and distribution of results to gauge campaign performance and drive innovation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2+ years of experience developing and executing marketing; experience with or strong interest in digital marketing preferred
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in pulling, organizing, and analyzing data to draw insights and produce strategic recommendations
Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment
Enthusiastic and passionate marketer with a strong can-do attitude
Highly organized-strong project management skills, attention to detail, and comfortable operating autonomously across multiple projects at once.
Takes initiative and ownership of projects and works proactively to move forward with project deliverables
Have a "can do" attitude towards problem solving and demonstrated an ability to work well with new opportunities
Confident written and verbal communicator, with the ability to have a strong voice at the table with a wide range of partners
