Now hiring Entry-Level and Experienced Operators for:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM
(Shift differential available for eligible shifts)
Pay & Growth
Starting Pay: $18.27 - $22.33 per hour
Pay Progression: Upon successful completion of six (6) months of employment and remaining in good standing, employees are eligible for an increase to $22.00 per hour, subject to continued satisfactory performance and company policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safely operate and monitor production equipment to manufacture products according to schedules and specifications
Set up, start, stop, adjust, and clean production machinery while maintaining product quality and efficiency
Handle, weigh, mix, label, track, and store raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods
Complete required production, quality, and inventory documentation using basic computer systems and math skills
Package finished products, move materials using a forklift as needed, maintain housekeeping, and follow all safety policies
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
Manufacturing experience preferred; blueprint reading a plus
General manufacturing skills, including intermediate math and measurement using standard and metric systems
Ability to use measuring devices such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes
Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping
Forklift experience preferred; valid driver's license required
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
Comfortable working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
Typically requires up to three (3) months of on-the-job experience to work independently
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted, potentially on a repetitive basis
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent use of hands for handling, grasping, reaching, and operating equipment
Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Ability to operate equipment at elevated heights using ladders or platforms

Mental & Visual Requirements
Ability to read and interpret instructions, specifications, and basic blueprints
Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Working Conditions
Manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts
Occasional exposure to heat, fumes, or airborne dust
Moderate noise levels
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include safety shoes, gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, respirators, dust masks, and hard hats

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees' wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the local pay range for these positions, which is $18.27 to $22.33 per hour, plus potential shift differential. Upon successful completion of six (6) months of employment and maintaining good standing, the employee will be eligible for an increase to an hourly rate of $22.00 per hour, subject to continued satisfactory performance and company policies. This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for periodic bonus payments/an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of eligible earnings based on company and individual performance measures. The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate plus Bonus, annualized (40 hrs/week * 52wks)) for this position, is $50,800.00 to $82,500.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
