Seasonal Pool Attendant

Hyatt Regency Frisco is conveniently located 25 minutes north of Dallas with 303 guestrooms and 27,500 square feet of event space. The 18-story new-build hotel is situated in the heart of Frisco, TX at the Stonebriar Centre. Just steps from Dr. Pepper Stadium, FC Dallas / Toyota Stadium, Frisco Discovery Center, many entertainment choices and dining options.

The Pool Attendant will be responsible for assisting server & baretnders at Steel Horse Cabana. This candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills. Duties include:

Ensuring the pool deck is free of dirty towels and trash

Bussing plates and glassware from guest seating areas

Supporting the servers and bartenders to the extent of food running and bar backing (when needed)

Walking guest's to their cabanas when necessary

Providing guest's with fresh towels when needed

Restocking towels if housekeeping is unavailable

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with guests and team members.

Excellent customer service skills with a guest-first mindset.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment for extended periods.

Dependability and strong attention to detail to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting pool deck.

Ability to lift, carry, and move items such as towels, bins, and dish racks as needed.

Comfort assisting servers and bartenders, including basic food running and bar-backing support.

Professional and approachable demeanor when escorting guests to cabanas or responding to guest requests.

Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks such as bussing, towel restocking, and deck maintenance.

Must have open availability, specifically Thursdays-Sundays, including holidays
