Our client, a leading organization in customer service and client support, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a vital part of the customer support department, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Pay Range: $ 16 to $17 USD per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services

Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Assist in managing customer accounts and order processing

Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training provided

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills

Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
